Super lovely smokey quartz natural cluster with golden rutile! Something about this cluster just feels so cozy. Beautiful imprints where previous crystals grew next to the crystals, a gorgeous self healed bottom, record keepers, and so much more beautiful details! It's pretty wild too... there's a diamond window on 2 sides of the main crystal, I don't think I've ever seen that before!!! Love that rutile! 😍

Smokey Quartz is a variety of quartz that ranges from a lightly tinted grey to a deep dark black.

It is well known to be an excellent tool for powerful shielding, protecting, grounding (which helps the flow of higher awareness come in and be accepted with more ease). Also for detoxing energies, letting go of tension, negative patterns and energies. When I’m in empath energetic overload, or physical and emotional discomfort overload, this is one of my tops to reach for. It can transform and transmute heavy negative emotions & blockages (as well as those generated from anger & resentment) & clear a path to allow positive & healing energies to come in. It tends to have a more slow & gentle effect, but efficient. I don’t know about you but I usually need gentle! Self healed quartz is when a crystal is broken or damaged during growth but continued to repair itself & grow by forming smaller terminated faces or lace like patterns. I think this says a lot (I almost went on an inspired tangent, well save that for a blog post lol) and that we can all relate and benefit from this message in our healing journeys. Smokey quartz  is a crystal who’s color will fade over time in direct sunlight, it is advised to keep out of long exposure to direct sunlight to keep the colors vivid as can be.
