How incredibly powerful it is, when we ourselves invest in setting intentions, calling in love, support, peace, release, soothing, healing and expansion.

This is a place for just that, and we’ve made it even easier…you just show up as open as you can. We support you each step through guided meditation & visualization enhanced by the relaxing sounds of singing bowls. We take you to a relaxed comfortable place that you create. We allow ourselves to release what no longer serves. We call in peace, love and healing.  We are all the ultimate healers in our journeys, this is a great space to explore just that and more.

Once you’re all charged up with all that goodness, we open the space to relax and let go even deeper through a continued sound bath journey featuring multiple instruments and sounds, each moving and creating different energy.

We’ve assembled each crystal type sound bath (Kunzite, aquamarine) to focus on different themes of these natures. Inspired by the frequencies / energies that each crystal represents. Not only are you supported through intention and guiding yourself to move and cultivate energies within you, but you are supported by the steady crystaline frequencies that align with that and powerful sound to move and cultivate and inspire energy on multiple levels.

A large crystal is provided for everyone to experience personally these frequencies for the session. Come snuggle up with a crystal! Feel free to stick around and crystal shop afterwards if you’d like to take one home.

These are not just sound baths, these are expanded shared group sacred experiences. Take your time and warm up with some tea, receive insight, reiki, and messages with a psychic energy reading. During your reading Sarah will see what crystals want to work with your energy & lends them to you for the sound bath. It's a super powered combination to maximize energy movement, healing & restoration during the sound bath.
