I’ve selected this group of crystals to help support one going through trauma, grief, or hard time. Trauma can come in all shapes and sizes, and it’s my hope that this set may help bring in some energy tools to work with to help one find comfort, support & empowerment.
-Lepidolite Mica- To help stabilize moods, reduce stress & depression, and instill calmness. The purple in lepidolite is from lithium. Helpful in letting go and moving through addictions. Emotional Healing. Sooths nervous system.
-Calcite- Calcite can help when feeling loss of motivation, to help boost energy & positivity and calm the mind.
-Clear Calcite (with rainbows!) I checked to makes sure these ALL have rainbows. Rainbows are a special gift (i mean, RAINBOW! 😀 ) that may help us see that love & joy is always present in every moment, and to live from a loving space rather than one of negativity.
